Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) tubes refrigerated crescent dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 32 cocktail sausages (about 1 package), patted dry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment.

  2. 2.

Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, and garlic powder.

  3. 3.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make 32 thin triangles.

  4. 4.

Spread about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture on each triangle. Place a sausage at the wide end and roll up. Set seam side down on the sheets.

  5. 5.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with seasoning if using. Bake until golden, 12–15 minutes.

Make It Special!

  • Top a few with a thin jalapeño ring before baking for a fun visual cue.
  • Serve with honey mustard and ranch for dipping.
  • Make ahead: roll, cover, and refrigerate up to 1 day; bake straight from the fridge.
