Pepperoni Pizza Sliders
Sweet rolls loaded with pepperoni and mozzarella, brushed with garlic butter.

Pizza night meets slider night. A whole pan of soft dinner rolls gets layered with marinara, pepperoni, and lots of mozzarella, then baked under a garlic-Parmesan glaze.

- 12 sliders
Ingredients
- 1 (12-count) package sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1.
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Without separating the rolls, slice the whole slab in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2.
Spread pizza sauce over the bottom half. Layer with half the mozzarella, all the pepperoni, then the remaining mozzarella. Replace the top half.
- 3.
Stir together butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning; brush over the tops. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- 4.
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake until tops are golden and cheese is melted, 5 minutes more.
- 5.
Sprinkle with parsley, slice into sliders, and serve with warm marinara for dipping.
Make It Special!
- Build a 'supreme' version with sliced peppers, olives, and cooked sausage.
- Serve with a cup of warm marinara at the center of the tray.
- Make ahead: assemble (without the butter topping) up to 4 hours ahead.
