Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 oz (170 g) brie, cut into 24 small cubes
  • 1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • Small fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. 1.

Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.

  2. 2.

On a lightly floured surface, roll puff pastry into a 12×12-inch square. Cut into 24 squares and press each into a muffin cup.

  3. 3.

Place a cube of brie in each cup and top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

  4. 4.

Bake until pastry is puffed and golden, 13–15 minutes.

  5. 5.

Top with pecans and a tiny rosemary sprig. Serve warm.

Make It Special!

  • Drizzle with honey just before serving.
  • Swap cranberry for fig jam or hot pepper jelly.
  • Make ahead: fill the cups and refrigerate up to 1 day before baking.
